Warm Water Diet – Lose Up To 18 Kilograms

There are people who have tried dozens of diets. Unfortunately, not any diet is good, especially if you are confronted with certain problems. Stomach problems, endocrine problems and age can contribute to the failure of a diet. 

Specialists recommend that before you keep any diet you should do a routine health check to see if you are allowed to follow it. This prevents some future problems.

A Japanese pharmacist who has a hot water diet says he has shed 18 pounds. It claims that the results begin to appear as early as the first day.

Diet requires eating a banana at breakfast and drinking warm water throughout the day. The results begin to appear after the first two weeks. You are allowed to eat more than one banana at breakfast, but avoid eating anything else. If you can’t eat bananas for various reasons, you can choose any other fruit, like apple, pear or grapefruit. If you din’t feel well, wait for 15 minutes, after which you can eat whatever you want, but always choose small portions and light meals to avoid digestion problems.

Lunch and dinner can be as usual and it’s ideal to be at fixed hours. Try to avoid taking dinner after 18.00 and  try to eat foods that are not fried or cooked in excess.

About drinks, you can drink as much as you can during the day, but you are allowed to drink only warm water with small sips. No cold water or hot water. Hot water will stimulate digestion. It’s well known that the Japanese consume a lot of warm tea, so try to drink water like that.

After the first 15 hours of diet. you can take a sweet snack, such as a piece of black chocolate or some dietary biscuits.

Breakfast: a banana, a grapefruit, an omelette, a cup of green tea.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a salad with greens, carrots, onions, broccoli and tomatoes.

Snack: yogurt, a handful of nuts.

Dinner: carrots or potatoes cooked without oil and grilled chicken breast.

Combine intelligent foods and avoid as much as possible combining carbohydrates with proteins and starch. Some grilled chicken breasts and some pancake vegetables will be more than enough to avoid being hungry until the next day.
