You are already aware of all the benefits sport had on your well-being and body, but you may not quite understand the impact it can have on the quality of your love life. Physical intimacy is based on movements, which rely on a good physical condition. Sports is more than keeping your body strong, it’s about improving you, on all levels, making you come in contact with yourself and be aware of your desires.
There are a few exercises that help improve your love life and body as well.
Bending forward with your legs at shoulder’s length- you should bend as much as you can, trying to reach your toes with your fingers. Keep your legs as straight as possible and feel the muscles stretching as you bend your head.
Butterfly- for this pose you should sit on the floor, with your legs wide apart, knees bend and soles touching. You should grab your feet while your back is straight as an arrow and your chest is pushed forward. Bend over your legs and get your head as close to your fingers as possible. Stay like that for a few seconds and return to siting straight again. Breathe in as you get to the initial position.
Lazy cat- get on your knees and place your palms on the floor. From this pose raise your head and arch your back so as to have your stomach curbed away from the floor. Breathe in as you do so. Next move is exhaling and arching your back in the opposite direction letting your head fall.
Bow- the bow pose can be obtained by laying on your belly. Bend your knees as much as you can and try bringing your feet closer to your butt. Grab your feet with your hands and stretch your body so it forms it’s maximum arched. Relax and maintain the pose for 2-3 minutes.
Bridge- lay on your back and bend your knees raising your pelvis. Place your palms above your head and push into them so as to have them support your weight as your body forms a bridge.
These are just a few of the exercises that will make you happier in the bedroom. So next time you think about skipping a day in the gym, think twice.
