The 14 Day Rice Diet To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks

Are you wondering how the Asians manage to stay in shape while consuming rice almost daily? We already know about rice that contains carbohydrates and you can put some extra pounds because of it. Well, there are certain food combinations involving rice that can help you lose up to 10 pounds in two weeks. 

The rice diet doesn’t mean eating rice all day, but this food is at the center of this slimming diet. Besides rice, you also need nutrients and vitamins from vegetables and fruits. It’s known that rice is not necessarily recommended in diets, but some specialists have come to the conclusion that it’s the best food that can help us to fight against extra pounds.

Rice is easy to digest and is low in calories, obviously if it’s not combined with fat, all sorts of sauces or meat filled with injected hormones. Rice helps to purify the blood and is an excellent food, one of the few foods that can be combined with anything.

14-DAY RICE DIET:
The first stage of the diet are the first seven days. At breakfast you can eat 2 fruits, but not grapes, bananas, pears or orange, because they contain plenty of sugar.

At noon you can consume a portion of boiled rice and plain water. In the evening, you can follow a specific lacto-vegetarian combination: cheese and pasta or salad with olives, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers.

The second stage of this diet is for the next 7 days. On the first day of the second stage,  you are allowed to eat only boiled rice and drink plain water.

In the following days (days 9-14) a meal per day should contain rice (rice with cooked vegetables or grilled vegetables, chicken with rice or puree carrot rice).

You can consume a fruit salad in the middle of the day, and in the evening it’s advisable not to forget about protein, so you can eat meat.
