- 40 g of nut shells
- 1 cup of water
Put in a bowl nut shells and water and boil for 20 minutes. Leave the composition to cool. After is cold, soak the toothbrush in this liquid. Wash your teeth with this liquid for 5 minutes. Repeat the treatment 3 time per day. After 7-10 days the tartar should disappear.
